From the moment we called Pacific Patios for a quote, Richard turned up on time with ideas for the perfect design. The process from council approval, construction to the finish product was professional and effortless. Pacific Patios have delivered an exceptional deck, and flyover roof. At the initial meeting to quote, Steve was able to provide us with ideas, and solve problems regarding an odd block shape. Throughout the entire process, from quote to completion, communication was excellent and prompt, pricing was transparent, and the quality of work exceeded expectation. Their tradesmen were tidy, professional, polite, and punctual, without exception. They have been able to transform our previously unusable outdoor area, into the main feature of the house. We contacted Steve Essam, based on a recommendation from a friend, to have a new fly over patio roof installed. Within days Steve was at our place advising on the best design based on the size and layout of the area. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he even gave us some great ideas for the design of our outdoor kitchen/living area. We were provided a quote then and there, with the pricing being very reasonable.Benny and the team did a great job installing the roof, they were extremely friendly and left the site spotless at the end of each day. The quality of the finished product was exceptional. The process from start to finish was very simple and we were well informed throughout.I would not hesitate in recommending Steve and the team from Pacific Patios.

I contacted Pacific Patios after a recommendation from a trusted friend. Within a couple of days Richard was at my door. He made a daunting task feel possible. His ideas were constructive. He took the worry out of the equation. Very reasonably priced, which was a real surprise for what we appeared to be getting. Richard encouraged us to call if there were problems or concerns. Gareth came to check on the final job, he too was thorough. Process was simple, rewarding and exciting. Called Richard back the following week to quote on a carport. Easy. Great company to work with

Pacific Patios installed my back patio 9 years ago. The service was so good we asked the owner Steve to come back to demolish & rebuild our front deck including new rails for our front stairs & screening for the entrance. He helped us with design & colour choice, they organised everything even resolved an issue with town planning. All of their team are professional, polite & best of all they kept the site clean & tidy. I was especially impressed with the level of communication, I was regularly consulted with about any issues or changes to the build. The deck looks fabulous. A special thanks to Garry, Luke, Gareth, Matt and the amazing Andrea. I highly recommend Pacific Patios.

Having been an employee of Pacific Patios myself, I knew 10 years ago this company produced quality products, workmanship and service. So when my husband and I decided earlier this year it was time to get a patio for our home, we only got one quote and that was with Pacific Patios. Richard was our estimator and spent a good deal of time with us and showed us previous jobs completed by Pacific Patios on his iPad. Very impressive.
