Have just had a carport installed by Pacific Patios am very happy with the end result Steve Essam did a great job of designing what we desired.The whole experience was a well laid out plan, from the delivery of the material to the last brick being laid.We were informed every step of the way from when the installers were coming to when the brickies Gold Coast Brick Fences would be on site.Very professional in there business approach .Highly recommend them for there outstanding quality of work

We have had a great experience with Pacific Patios. Steve Essam went through our design in detail and added some great advice. The prices were competitive and they were extremely attentive to what details we wanted. The staff were extremely friendly and kept us up to date with exactly what was happening. The turn over time was fast and efficient and to a very high standard. They also took the hassle away of council approval by doing it for us which was one less thing I needed on my very long list to do. We would highly recommend using them.

We were keen to have a patio added to our townhouse so we would be able to use the outdoor space. Steve Essam visited and during the consultation he listened very carefully to what we wanted and then designed our patio.We were excited. Steve was also helpful in advising on color choices to fit in with our complex and features we could add to our patio including a fan, down lights and blinds that we had not considered. We really appreciated how the company took care of all the council approvals. Well here I am sitting under my new patio and could not be more delighted. looks sensational, adds so much to our street view and is just beautifully designed and built. Following Steve we met Gareth and then Brendan and Mitch the builders. What a great team and a pleasure to have around. With the builders we were very impressed with the care they took of our little garden and our old dog who kept wandering about plus their obvious skill and pride they took in their work. The communication from the office was also reliable and we always felt we knew what was going on and when.The electrician recommended by Steve Essam also did a great job and we are now looking forward to getting the blinds. Steve dropping in today to see how it looked and if we were happy was really appreciated. We felt confident during the whole process and just love our patio. Thank you very much

We are so happy we went with Pacific Patios to create our outdoor space! Our job was turned down last minute by a different provider because they had bigger and better jobs by the time we got to the final stages. We spoke to Richard who was quick to provide a quote and a competitive price, and the process just rolled from there. Given we had committed to a completion time frame, Gareth did a great job working out the design for our patio and the build team Brendan and Mitch were so efficient on the job, went above and beyond for us, with the job being completed over a week before our requested deadline! The materials used beat out competitors offering similar pricing and the result is just absolutely amazing, it has transformed our outdoor space and has added value to our property. We can’t thank the team at Pacific Patios enough. Highly recommend, not just for their skill and knowledge in the industry but for their professionalism, patience, and efficiency throughout. If you’re looking for a patio builder do not bypass these guys!! Cheers guys, a very happy family here!

Can’t say how happy we are with the work the boys from pacific patios have done with our patio. The process from start to finish was amazing. We had Steve Essam come out and of our quote. He took his time to go over everything I great detail with us and ensured my wife was part of the process and understood everything. We had others come quote and were very dismissive and rude. Once we received the quote we were booked in for the work which began promptly. Luke the builder was amazing. Same again communication was great. Luke and his boys were very polite and considerate and worked very hard and kept us informed throughout the process. The finish product looks amazing and we look forward to having them back to do our deck. Thanks again guys.

We decided to have a Flyover Patio built to replace our old patio. From our initial contact with Steve Essam who designed the layout to construction by Jamie and his team the most outstanding aspect was the profession ism and care that was show from the start to finish was excellent. We've just had our fly-over patio completed from Pacific Patios...we got a variety of quotes from a number of companies on the Gold Coast. Decided to go ahead with PP based on these reviews all though they were also one of the companies down the lower end in regards to pricing. Apart from the flyover looking a million bucks. The guys that came and did the build were fantastic - they turned up every day and filled us in on what was happening, they were clean, quick and respectful.100% happy with both the service from Steve (owner) the sales team and the builders would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

The staff at Pacific Patios were very professional in every respect. The office staff kept me up to date with every detail of the build when to expect the roofers and electricians and builders to commence work and if there was any delays due to weather I was informed. We recently engaged Pacific Patios to build a carport. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Steve Essam came initially to provide ideas and quote for a tricky design and build as we wanted to blend the new structure into the style and age of the house. Steve had great ideas, knowledge & experience and quickly came up with an ideal solution for a very competitive price. Gareth from the design team then came and measured up & confirmed the finer details. The install team then came and constructed in just over a day. The quality of workmanship, product and design was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and the follow up communications (including gift ?)added to an overall amazing customer experience. Steve and the team at Pacific Patios completed the most amazing transformation to our home with a timber deck patio and a 3 section roof. The tradesmen in the team are of exceptional quality and operated on time and tidy as they went. They also completed privacy screening to our boundary fence in powder coated slats which looks amazing. I totally recommend Pacific for any decking, roofing or patios.

My main interactions were with Steve Essam who quoted our new patio at Robina. Steve helped us with the design and provided advice. We visited the Burleigh Heads showroom and after viewing their display we made some minor design changes which we are very happy with. We obtained two other quotes which were similar in price but decided to go with Pacific Patios due to Steve's personalised service and attention to detail. The installation team was excellent and construction was in line with the promised time frame. The standard of workmanship met our expectations. The electrician that installed the lights and ceiling fan (Rod Mitchell - Gold Coast Generators) was also excellent and his cost was competitive.We had a minor water leak after some heavy rain which was fixed shortly after we contacted Steve. We are very happy with the service provided by Steve Essam and all the team at Pacific Patios

We had a patio built recently and were very happy with the product and the whole procedure from start to finish. Steve Essam quoted and answered all our questions very professionally. They dealt with insurance, council approvals etc. which made it so easy. The builders and electricians were awesome! They were friendly, great at their job, and cleaned up afterwards. This company is very professional and very knowledgeable. My main interactions were with Steve Essam who came and quoted the job up for me at my place. He helped me with some design and advice. He invited me to check the product out in their Burleigh Heads office as well which was a great idea as it gave me a real sense of what I was buying. Steve really prides himself on giving personalised service and attention to detail. Gareth their ops manager came around after Steve and I did the deal to check all measurements were right and to inspect site. And lastly I had Jamie their installer (who's a licenced builder) start the job. Jamie is fantastic and knows his stuff. All in all the interactions with this company were terrific. It's nice to know that after doing a deal with them and spending what I did I can walk away happy and feeling like everything went to plan. 5 out of 5 !

After using Pacific Patios over 10 years ago, we naturally needed to have them quote for our new house patio cover. Very fast to reply to my original enquiry and they were able to make an appointment for inspection quickly, the quote received was very competitive to others. During the install, the team was remarkable. Arriving exactly on time each day. Cleaning up after the day's end. Great work ethics. Very unintrusive. Our patio has exceeded our expectations as we had a abnormal shape and difficult levels to work with. So, so, so glad we chose Pacific Patios to complete our outdoor entertainment area. In my opinion, Pacific Patios is the best patio / carport builder in the Gold Coast. Richard who came to give me quote was experienced, informative and pleasant to deal with. They use high quality building materials, have high skilled workers and so the final outcome is great. Pacific Patios have delivered an exceptional deck, and flyover roof. At the initial meeting to quote, Steve was able to provide us with ideas, and solve problems regarding an odd block shape. Throughout the entire process, from quote to completion, communication was excellent and prompt, pricing was transparent, and the quality of work exceeded expectation. We contacted Steve Essam, based on a recommendation from a friend, to have a new fly over patio roof installed. Within days Steve was at our place advising on the best design based on the size and layout of the area. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he even gave us some great ideas for the design of our outdoor kitchen/living area. We were provided a quote then and there, with the pricing being very reasonable.Benny and the team did a great job installing the roof, they were extremely friendly and left the site spotless at the end of each day. I contacted Pacific Patios after a recommendation from a trusted friend. Within a couple of days Richard was at my door. He made a daunting task feel possible. His ideas were constructive. Pacific Patios installed my back patio 9 years ago. The service was so good we asked the owner Steve to come back to demolish & rebuild our front deck including new rails for our front stairs & screening for the entrance. He helped us with design & colour choice, they organised everything even resolved an issue with town planning. All of their team are professional, polite & best of all they kept the site clean & tidy. I was especially impressed with the level of communication, I was regularly consulted with about any issues or changes to the build. The deck looks fabulous. Having been an employee of Pacific Patios myself, I knew 10 years ago this company produced quality products, workmanship and service. So when my husband and I decided earlier this year it was time to get a patio for our home, we only got one quote and that was with Pacific Patios.
