While we’re a Burleigh Heads based builder, we service all areas of the Gold Coast, South Brisbane, the Tweed, Northern Rivers and Tamborine.
Our team is familiar with the building certification requirements for all the areas we service and will organise all necessary approvals on your behalf. This is inclusive of building certification, any boundary relaxations and town planning applications. We can also help with body corporate approvals if these are required too. We understand a new patio, deck or carport is a sizeable investment. Many people are also unaware that proceeding with your project doesn’t need to be contingent on finance. That’s why we do what we can to make it accessible for the homeowners looking to create value in their home.
We offer interest free finance through a third party provider, who has a simple application process and speedy approval times. Our in-house finance is an alternative to more expensive options offered through other providers. Why not talk to us about how you can enjoy your beautiful new patio, deck or carport sooner.
Pacific Patios actually originated in Brisbane in 2001. Finding the appeal of the beaches to hard to resist, in 2003 we decided to base ourselves on the Gold Coast, where we established our Burleigh office and showroom. Now operating here for over 15 years, we’ve nurtured enduring professional relationships with our building teams, material suppliers and contractors. Many of these have worked with us for the entire 15 plus years we’ve been based in Burleigh Heads as a builder of Gold Coast carports and patios.
Our contracts outline the details of our comprehensive liability policy, which has been designed to protect you and us through the design and build process. Pacific Patios also retains all necessary certifications under Queensland and New South Wales building licencing laws. We also maintain the highest quality standards internally, providing additional peace of mind to our customers.
Every project is different and the timeframe required for preparing a quote depends on the size and complexity of the project, as well as the materials, design and duration. While some small projects can be quoted on site during the initial design consultation, we advise our customers to allow between 24 to 48 hours for a quote.
We understand that in all partnerships, there is generally the ‘ideas’ person and the ‘numbers’ person, which is why we encourage our customers to have both at the initial design consultation. Taking this approach helps to ensure everyone’s perspective is accounted for in the design and that expectations are aligned. It also helps to ensure your design consultant can prepare an accurate quote that reflects exactly what you want and need in your new patio, deck or carport. We certainly do. Once your contract is signed, it’s time to relax.
